Applegate Associates, in June 2007 will celebrate Fifteen Years of providing Safety Services in New Jersey and the surounding states and continues to make a growing presence in the industry with the opening of Applegate/Massachutes located in Boston.

Since its founding, Applegate has conducted more than 2,500 workplace inspections and provided safety training for close to 4000 workers. Applegate Inspectors are currently inspecting an average of 70 construction job sites a month and this number is expected to double in 2005 with the addition of the SCC projects in New Jersey.

Although the company itself is only thirteen years old, the combined experience of its associates covers several decades. Grace Applegate, President and founder of the company has gathered a staff and an impressive group of associates from her past service in state and federal government. No one can know everything about safety, but with the help of its Associates, Applegate can provide an answer to any safety question, address many environmental concerns and prepare a client for any OSHA matter. Applegate Associates provides safety consulting services for General Industry employers; however, approximately 90% of its clients are construction contractors, Applegate is considered a Construction Expert. Even though Grace Applegate, herself represented clients during OSHA Informal Conferences, the primary focus of the company is on accident prevention through education and training.
